Pillar Acquisition FAQ

We are excited to announce that Pillar has been acquired! We’ll be closing our virtual doors on April 14th, 2021. As of this date, our web app and dashboard will no longer be accessible. Get answers to your most common questions around our acquisition below:


When will I have access until?

From now until April 14th, all users will be able to download or delete their files, contacts, and notes, and access their account even if their free trial has expired. After April 14th, we will securely delete all information from our servers to ensure privacy & security.


How do I get a refund?

Our team will be proactively providing refunds to all paid subscribers. Refunds will be automatically submitted by March 5th and money should be back within bank accounts within the next 5-7 business days.


What other services can I use to store my family’s information?

We’ve had the opportunity to test many different services that can help with this. While everyone’s needs are unique, a few of our favorites include Everplans, Cake, Lantern, and Trustworthy.
